Positive: The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. It had so many facilities and was a great size.
Negative: The communication through booking messaging service was not very good. We found contacting the Owner direct using the phone number was much better for responses.

Positive: Impressive view of Palma city and lovely environment. Swimming pool area is really nice as well as the BBQ area.
Negative: The road is quite close and you can listen all traffic of the busy road. For that price you are expecting a Nespresso Machine.

Positive: Beautiful setting up on the hills above Palma. Super quiet. Secure and safe. Very pretty. Well stocked home. Lovely views and vistas. Lots of seating and relaxing areas. Comfortable rooms. Easy check in. This is a beautiful place to stay.
Negative: We loved everything. Joshua who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We had spoken with him over the phone before we came to the island and he was really helpful.

Positive: I was not sure if I should write a recommendation, because I'd like to keep this jewel a secret!! It's an absolutely amazing villa in a stunning environment - the view from the garden area over Palma and the Bay/Ocean is a dream! You can even see the Cathedral from the garden. The pool area is amazing (the pool lights at night are wonderful) and very spacious, the BBQ (Weber Grill) was super easy to handle and we had lots of places to eat outside. The driveway up to the villa is impressive, and you are welcomed by a nice view of the villa and the pool area. The villa is in a quite upmarket, nice area with other Villas and a golf court around and we felt safe all the time. The villa inside was comfortable as well, we were 6 people and had 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (plus a small guest toilet) and the Kitchen and Pantry was equipped with everything we needed (Spices, Salt/Pepper, Oil, Alufoil, Ice cubes in the fridge, sunscreen, etc). Everything was clean and the rooms had a really good size (even the 2 smaller rooms with sofa beds had a good size) - the biggest was the master bedroom with bad en-suite. 3 Rooms had access to the balcony with entrance to the garden area. Wifi was solid in the entire house and even really good at the pool area. The hand over of the keys was super easy as well as the check-out, the host welcomed me onsite and was super friendly, showing me around and explained all the building facilities very patiently - communication with the host during the visit was also super smooth and flawless! I'd definitely come back again to this beautiful villa!
Negative: The only small points I'd like to improve are: (1) Some of the beds were not super comfortable (quite soft) and could benefit from a new topper or mattress. (2) And the mosquito nets could be exchanged as some of them where either too small or had some holes inside. (And Mosquitos find a way in!)
